Service Description
8 sessions. Class dates: February 20,27 March 6,13,20,27 April 3 CST is a gentle, hands on approach to bodywork. It focuses on the central nervous system. Students will learn how to find restrictions and/or compression's in these areas and use specifically designed techniques to relieve these areas.
